Damian Donoghue started SuperHealth over 10 years ago after he healed himself of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with an organic whole-food diet, natural medicinal superfoods and cutting edge detoxification protocols. Damian intensively researches how we develop dis-ease and how we can restore our physical, mental and emotional states to a place of wellness and harmony.
Over the years Damian has experimented with hundreds of different health products and self-healing regimes, discovering that many of the products available to us these days are synthetic, man-made, money making schemes, which have little beneficial effects on helping us heal our bodies.
