My Vegan Food Feast workshop was a day full of great company and amazing organic food.

Plant based food preparation is one of my biggest passions and it felt so good to share my knowledge with the eager to learn individuals that attended.

I presented a line up of delicious recipes including my famous vegan pizza, nachos with a spicy salsa, guacamole and creamy cashew sour cream, superfood green smoothie, bean patties and a yummy choc fudge raw dessert.

We took it in turns at getting our hands dirty and we team worked the pizza preparation finishing off with 3 completely delicious pizzas in the oven. I shared heaps of insights that I had learned over the years which made healthy food preparation a success in my kitchen. My goal was to help people understand ways to create different textures, consistency and flavours that were crucial to making amazing food and to help them put them into practice.

The beautiful aroma of fresh, hot pizza soon filled the kitchen, setting the mood for the healthy feast that was soon to come. In the meantime we finished of our green smoothies and assembled the Nacho ingredients ready to serve with the fresh pizza. They didn’t last long as everyone had more than enough to eat leaving the attendees full and satisfied. Next up were the bean patties for the burgers, finishing off with the rich raw chocolate dessert!

I really enjoyed sharing many of my long kept kitchen secrets with enthusiastic, friendly people. So many people these days struggle with healthy food preparation due to their lack of knowledge and experience. I take great pride in helping others to understand how clean food preparation takes a more effort but is so rewarding in the end.

Like most children, Damian grew up in a world surrounded with chemicals, consuming conventional, toxic food. It was not until his early twenties, when he found himself living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, he realised a much healthier lifestyle was in order for him to regain quality of life. It was at this point his health journey began.
